FEC Donor Information Required
Law requires we ask for your employer and occupation. If you do not have an employer or are retired, check “I do not have an employer”. If you are self-employed, put “self-employed” in employer and describe your occupation.
Contributions are not tax-deductible.
FEC Rules
To use this shop you must confirm the following:
- I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
- The funds used do not come from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank.
- The funds used do not come from the treasury of a person or entity that is a federal contractor.
- The funds used are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least 18 years old and the funds I am using are my own personal funds, and I am using these funds knowingly and voluntarily.
- I agree and consent that my name and data required for FEC compliance will be maintained in accordance with the Democrats Abroad Privacy Policy and may be shared with the United States Federal Election Commission (FEC) and/or relevant state election agency in order to comply with campaign finance law. I acknowledge that, if so shared, this information may be publicly available as per FEC regulations. In such case, data subject rights, such as the right to erasure, would not apply; to find out more, please refer to the FEC website.
- I have not exceeded the maximum annual donation of $44,300 in aggregate to Democrats Abroad (DPCA) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
